Other City Owned Properies For Sale
The City has a number of properties around town that are for sale. Some are derelict/placarded houses acquired when owners no longer maintain or repair the houses; others are vacant in-fill lots where derelict houses have been removed. The City's goal is to maintain the harmony of the neighborhood by getting these properties back into the hands of private owners who will repair the home and make it livable again; or in the case of vacant lots, maintain them as a green space or build new on them.

Offers to purchase must be submitted on a completed Purchase Offer Form along with a deposit. Purchase of City owned property is subject to a public hearing and formal approval by the City Council.
