The Ottumwa Police Department has undertaken many changes over the years. One thing that hasn't changed is our commitment to respond to the community's need for police services in an efficient and cost effective manner. We are continually striving to be the best police agency possible. However, we can only be truly effective with citizen cooperation and input regarding our efficiency and operation.
