For information leading to the arrest and conviction of person(s) involved in the assault of the male subject pictured above, the family has offered a $2000 reward. The assault took place in the area of the intersection of Market and River Drive, Ottumwa. (Ottumwa Hydro/Skate Park area). The assault occurred on the evening of Wednesday, June 13, 2007 between the hours of 10:00 and 11:30 pm. The victim is a resident of Ottumwa and an IHCC student.
