Description:
This project consisted of sanitary sewer and utility access installation starting just north of Steller Avenue cross country. The project eliminated two (2) city pump stations that need to be replaced, estimated at $30,000 each and eliminate $6,000 per year for inspection and maintenance cost. Additional properties are being served by this sewer extension as well as currently built/planned homes and apartment complexes. Contractor for this project was C & J Bulldozing of Eddyville, Iowa.
