Description:
This project consisted of full width, full depth, PCC reconstruction and rebuilding of existing storm intakes on 10th Street between Terminal Avenue and College Avenue at the Ottumwa Industrial Airport.
This project was funded with $135,000 from a RISE (Revitalize Iowa’s Sound Economy) Grant and the balance from the Airport TIF District.
