Memorial Day Ceremony - Ottumwa Cemetery

The Memorial Day Ceremony at the Ottumwa Cemetery will begin at Noon on the 28^th. The Ceremony will include a formal presentation of the colors, a hymn and eulogy and ending with a “twenty-one gun” salute.   The Color Guard will be from the Iowa Army National Guard.  Those attending the ceremony should enter the Ottumwa Cemetery through the Manning Gate on Jefferson Street.    Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.  In the event of inclement weather, the ceremonies will be cancelled.
