Street Crack Repair Program 2010

This project is for hot mix asphalt (HMA), Portland concrete cement (PCC) street crack repair with an annual budget of $50,000.  Streets scheduled for this year are all HMA and include the following:                   

HMA:Overman Ave. (Albia Rd. to end), Casa Blanca (All), Swanson (All.), Johnson Ave (south of Mowery, Chester to Finley), Greenwood Ave. (McKinley to Minneopa), Albia Road (Quincy to City Limits), Wildwood (Albia Rd. to Swanson), Milner (Hand to end), Main St. (Market to Green), Market St.(Third St. to River Dr.), Green St.(Fourth St. to River Dr.), Roemer (Iowa Ave. to Highway & Highway to end), Walnut ( Roemer to Stellar), Iowa Ave.(Second St. to Fourth St.), includes 5,000 LF at Airport                   

PCC:Greenwood (Ferry to McKinley), Albia Rd. (Family Video to Osceola), Main St. (Washington to Market) Bids will be received and opened by the City of Ottumwa on April 28, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. 

The bid report and bid award recommendation will be presented at the City Council meeting on May 4, 2010.
