A Memorial Day Mass to honor veterans and all of the deceased will be held at Calvary Cemetery beginning at 9:00 AM on the 28th. The 4th Degree, Knights of Columbus Honor Guard will be participating. Fr. John Spiegel will be the celebrant. Attendees can enter through either gate. Start: 12:00 pm

The Memorial Day Ceremony at the Ottumwa Cemetery will begin at Noon on the 28th. The Ceremony will include a formal presentation of the colors, a hymn and eulogy and ending with a “twenty-one gun” salute. The Color Guard will be from the Iowa Army National Guard. Those attending the ceremony should enter the Ottumwa Cemetery through the Manning Gate on Jefferson Street. | ||

The Program includes: Star Spangled Banner, Night On Bald Mountain, There's No Business Like Show Business, Li'l Abner Overture, Suite from the Planets, Music for a Summer Night, Overcome, Rain Medley, The American Way, and America The Beautiful. | ||
