Strategic Planning - City Goals and Priorities

Goal Setting
City Staff and the Council meet every few years to identify recent accomplishments, issues, trends, concerns, potential new initiatives and programs.     The goal setting process is important because it (a.) gives the Council an opportunity to commonly identify areas of concern and (b.) gives City staff direction as to issues the Council would like to address.
