This project consisted of full width, full depth, PCC reconstruction and rebuilding of existing storm intakes on 10^th Street between Terminal Avenue and College Avenue at the Ottumwa Industrial Airport. 

This project was funded with $135,000 from a RISE (Revitalize Iowa’s Sound Economy) Grant and the balance from the Airport TIF District.
