Our Mission is to provide quality transportation services to the general public.   All buses are equipped for access by persons with disabilities. All services are open to the general public. 

Note To Customers:  The Ottumwa City Council is working, with the help and guidance of the Iowa Department of Transportation's Office of Public Transit to maintain City Bus service.  There are several changes being made in the management and oversight of our transit service to help ensure continued passenger service to Ottumwa. 

Detours & Closed Stops   

            North Route #1 (Pennsylvania Ave/Hospital/Clinics)  - Pennsylvania Ave. is now open and the North Fixed Route #1 and the North Saturday #5 Route is now going to the Hospital/Clinic.  

    North Route #1 ( 2500 block of Northgate ) - Effective immediately due to time allowance, OTA is going to Restaurant Row on REQUEST ONLY. Please call the office with this request and OTA will be happy to assist you.
