The OTA LIFT is designed for riders with mobility impairments. We will will meet you at the curb and take you to the curb of your destination. OTA LIFT service will be provided Monday thru Saturday. Your trip may be shared with other riders, therefore, the pick up and drop off times may be adjusted to accommodate all riders. |
How to Use the OTA LIFT
Step#1 Call the OTA office at 641-683-0695 for an OTA LIFT application form or download and print the form. Click HERE for Lift Application
Step#2 Return the completed OTA LIFT Application for to the OTA office at 2417 S Emma as soon as possible. This form will be processed within 30 days.
Step#3 Starting immediately, you may reserve your ride by calling OTA LIFT at: 641-683-0695. Please call at least 24 hours or more in advance of the desired pick up time.
OTA LIFT Fares
$2.50 each way - escorts ride FREE
OTA LIFT Hours of Operation
6 AM to 6 PM - Monday thru Friday
10 AM to 4:15 PM - Saturday
No service on: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
All transit services are provided without regard to race, color or national origin.
